Privacy

Editra Camera is used for private video interviews, meetings, and editorial conversations conducted by Editra.

When you use this site, your name, account information, room access, browser connection data, and video or audio streams may be processed in order to operate the service.

If a recording is started, your video and audio may be recorded and stored by Editra. Recordings are intended for editorial, production, archival, review, and related internal purposes.

Recordings are not intended to be public unless separate editorial approval, release, or publication consent applies.

Access to recordings is limited to Editra and approved collaborators who need access for production or editorial purposes.

You may request deletion or review of recordings by contacting us directly.

Editorial Use

Recording a conversation does not by itself grant Editra permission to publish or publicly use it. After the recording has been completed, Editra and the participant may decide whether they are satisfied with the result and whether it may be used.

If both parties agree afterward, either by email or during a recorded conversation, the participant grants Editra the right to edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, excerpt, promote, archive, and otherwise use the approved video, audio, still images, and transcript in connection with Editra Magazine and its related editorial and promotional activities.

Terms

By using Editra Camera, you agree to use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes.

You may not access rooms without permission, interfere with recordings, misuse the service, or attempt to access files or data that are not intended for you.

All participants should understand when a conversation may be recorded. Recording should only occur with appropriate participant consent.

Editra Camera is provided as-is, without any guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use.

Editra may update, restrict, suspend, or remove access to the service at any time.
